Tomorrow in Rome, Turin 2006 will launch the official mascot for the XX Olympic Winter Games. The event will include a press conference, a cocktail launch and a big mascot party for more than 4,000 invited guests.
21. Dez. 2005 · The Organising Committee for the XX Olympic Winter Games – Torino 2006 (TOROC) has unveiled the Olympic cauldron for the Turin Games. The 57 metre high cauldron will be lit on 10 February 2006 during the Opening Ceremony of the Games and will protect and display the Olympic flame during the period of the Games. The cauldron also allows the host nation to express its culture, spirit and history.
