"Personality" boasts a gaudy, overwrought cover that may scare some people off with its overstated pretensions, but the music inside the packaging proves to be as remarkably opulent, colorful and extravagant as any Baz Luhrman movie.

Juli 2006 · The follow up to 'Lovers', the Yoshimi-sized debut album from The Sleepy Jackson (aka Australian songwriter/musician/producer Luke Steele) was apparently scheduled to be recorded at Tarbox Road Studios, the Catskill mountain retreat used by Mercury Rev, Sparklehorse and, of course, Coyne and co to lay down some of the most ethereal nuggets of dream pop ever envisioned on this humble earth.
