16. Aug. 2022 · Coronation Street actor and comedian Duggie Brown has died at the age of 82, according to his manager. Brown was born in Rotherham and first found fame in Ken Loach's 1969 film Kes, based on a novel by Barry Hines. During a career spanning more than five decades, Brown was in a number of comedies, documentaries and dramas.
