Filmul K.O. are la bază un scenariu mediocru, iar viziunea regizorală e nulă. Glumele sunt răsuflate şi fără haz, replicile sunt idioate, iar interpretările cad în penibil. Imaginea filmului e realizată amatoristic, cu artificii folosite în filmele din perioada cinematografului mut. Acest film chiar nu merită să fie vizionat, fiind o creaţie mediocră a regizorului Mircea Mureşan .
