Why is Birkdale School going co-educational? We are keen to offer the values of our Christian education to girls as well as boys. There is a growing demand from our current parents who tell us that they would like all members of their family to be able to attend one school and we are keen to share all the benefits and opportunities of Birkdale to all.
The cover provides a refund of fees for absence from school due to illness, accident, contact with infection or closure of the school through an outbreak of an infectious disease among the pupils, for a continuous period of at least 4 days (including weekends). 11+. For admission to S1 (Y7) at Birkdale Senior School, your child will firstly need to be registered as a prospective pupil. A Birkdale Registration Form should be completed and submitted with a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate. A £50 registration fee is payable and details of how to pay can be found on the form.
