The Girl in the Photographs is competently performed, decently shot, and features some effective tension-building and gore, but its terribly routine script populated by unlikable characters, poor dialogue, and vapid plotting unfortunately let them down, and as a tribute to and final swan song for executive producer Wes Craven, it couldn't have been more of a letdown.
