Masatoshi Koshiba (小柴 昌俊 atau Koshiba Masatoshi, 19 September 1926 – 12 November 2020) adalah fisikawan Jepang yang memenangkan Penghargaan Nobel dalam Fisika pada 2002 bersama dengan Raymond Davis, Jr dan Riccardo Giacconi . Koshiba shared the 2002 Nobel Prize in Physics with Raymond Davis Jr, and Riccardo Giacconi “for pioneering contributions to astrophysics, in particular for the detection of cosmic neutrinos.”.
