14. Sept. 2007 · Ich habe nun im Abstand von zwei Jahren die CD "Robin Gibb - My Favourite Carols" bestellt. Ich wurde zweimal enttäuscht, denn die Titelangabe auf der Rückseite entsprach in beiden Fällen nicht dem, was im Amazon-Shop auf der Titelliste an-gegeben wurde. Angegeben wurden im Titelregister im Amazon-Shop zu dieser CD folgende Titel: 1. House ...

Die Robin-Gibb CD heißt: "My favourite carols", also meine Lieblings-Weihnachtslieder und der Mann beschwert sich darüber, dass die CD Weihnachtslieder enthält. [Kopf schüttel]. Was mich allerdings sehr wundert, ist, dass es wohl offenbar unter dem gleichen Titel noch eine andere CD von Robin Gibb geben soll, an der ich u.U. interessiert wäre.

Believe it or not, this is actually my favorite out of the wide catalog of Bee Gees solo albums. I can't STAND Christmas music - but this disc sees repeated play in my house every winter. Considering this was Robin's last proper solo album (seeing as "50th St. Catherine's Drive" will never come out), it's great that he went out on such a high note. My Favourite Christmas Carols has a bonus DVD disc titled A Personal Christmas Moment with Robin Gibb. Also in November 2006, Gibb performed a solo concert, entitled 'Bee Gees – Greatest Hits' at the Araneta Coliseum (now Smart Araneta Coliseum) in Manila, Philippines.
