22. Jan. 2014 · While a huge amount of paper constantly shows up on eBay for MR. BROADWAY, it remains a lost film. Only a one reel cut-down excerpt in 16mm survives. It apparently had a plot but the cut-down just has musical numbers by Isham Jones band, shots of the audience (Jack Benny, Ed Sullivan, Bert Lahr) and a dance by Joe Frisco.
