17. Apr. 2018 · Im Jahre 2005 erhielt das technische Berufskolleg in Recklinghausen den Namen seines Vaters Max Born (1882 – 1970, Mathematiker, Philosoph und Nobelpreisträger für Physik). Dies war ein Herzenswunsch von Gustav Born, nicht nur weil die Familie Born über Jahrzehnte mit der Recklinghäuser Familie Still in engem Kontakt stand.
