When Charles Lesley WINLEY was born in 1897, in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia, his father, Charles Rufus Winley, was 31 and his mother, Annie Maria Ellen Smith, was 29. He married Elizabeth Jane Beatrice Claydon in May 1923. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died on 9 November 1973, in Windsor, New South Wales, Australia, at the age of 76.
