9. Okt. 2022 · Donald Fagen Morph the Cat Reprise 2006 Fagen's second solo album Kamakiriad lacks the memorable tunes and autobiographical intimacy of The Nightfly. There are several excellent songs on the two Steely Dan reunion albums, but on the whole Morph the Cat is a warmer and more relaxed affair, with better melodies, such as the title track, "Mary Shut the Garden Door," and "Security Joan."
