13. Dez. 2023 · John Sparkman is the Father of the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville. His legacy lives on today with the growth and aerospace prominence of our Rocket City. Our fastest growing and most economically prosperous metropolitan area began its presence in the 1960s because of John Sparkman. In fact, the city should probably be referred to as Sparkmanville rather than Huntsville.

As a young adult, I would have identified myself as Christian, spiritual and non-religious. I am not sure if I found Christian Science or Christian Science found me.
John studied piano, organ, and voice at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and served congregations in his home state of North Carolina and Indiana before relocating in 2010 to Seattle. He has also played for a wide variety of other events, including musical theatre productions, special celebrations, and weddings.
