Gregor Törzs ist der Sohn des früheren Fernsehansagers Dénes Törzs. In seiner Heimatstadt Hamburg begann Gregor Törzs als 17-Jähriger in einer Werbeagentur zu arbeiten, stieg zum Produktionsassistenten auf und beschloss im Alter von 19 Jahren, Deutschland zu verlassen und nach Los Angeles zu ziehen, wo er als Kameraassistent , Producerassistent , Beleuchter und Kameramann arbeitete. Gregor Törzs lives and works in Berlin focusing mainly on art photography and platinum printing. Gregor Törzs Born in Hamburg in 1970, Gregor Törzs took to photography in a roundabout way. After dropping out of school, he moved to Los Angeles in his early twenties and trained as a filmmaker under the Oscar winning special-effects expert, John Dykstra and Doug Smith, later working as a lightning technician and cameraman.
