Tedo Sakhokia graduated from Martvili Spiritual School in 1884. Due to his age, he was unable to enroll in the second class at Kutaisi Classical Gymnasium. In her older age Geladze lived in Tbilisi, the capital city of Georgia ; while Stalin wrote to her, he visited rarely, with the last visit in 1935.
