Mitunter ist Jane Doe das eigängigste Album (alleine schon der Titeltrack!) von Converge was auch daher kommt, das es vom Sound her wesentlich verträglicher ist als seine Vorgänger oder auch You Fail Me Beispielsweise, das im Vergleich um einiges verstörender daherkommt. Für Einsteiger in die Musik von Converge ist Jane Doe daher sicherlich bestens geeignet.
