The film captures the sentiment I have felt over and over again for decades, felt the need to suffer silently, or in small groups, pleading for change to take place, getting nowhere, burning out, having my own personal suffering as a result of work place burnout. The film is a must watch for all of us, patients and doctors alike. Please. Watch this film. Terrific. Just terrific. And Horrific.
