The film keeps things a bit vague beyond the fact that she’s being interrogated and being forced to confess that she put subliminal anti-government propaganda in a children’s book (perhaps more than one).
Critics reviews. The Woman, a childrens book writer is abducted from her bed in the middle of the night and imprisoned for writing subversive literature. She declares her books to be pure fantasies, but her inquisitor, The Man, sees the books as allegorical attacks on the State.
