Robert Joseph Bare, kjend som Bobby Bare, ( fødd 7. april 1935 i Ironton) er ein amerikansk countrysongar og -låtskrivar. Saman med den norske songaren Petter Øien vann han den tredje delfinalen i Melodi Grand Prix 2012 med songen « Things Change » og gjekk vidare til finalen. I finalen gjekk han vidare til gullfinalen og enda på tredjeplass.
