Dave Weckl - Schlagzeug Weckl studierte am Berklee College of Music in Boston/Massachusetts. Nachdem er bereits mit Anfang 20 diverse Studio- und Livejobs gespielt hatte (unter anderem die Simon & Garfunkel-Tournee 1982), wurde die Jazzwelt Mitte der 1980er Jahre auf ihn aufmerksam – vor allem aufgrund seiner Arbeit mit Chick Corea und dessen Elektric- sowie Akoustic-Band.
