Ann Leila Kirkpatrick (born March 24, 1950) is an American politician and retired attorney. She was the United States representative from Arizona's 2nd congressional district from 2019 to 2023 She is a member of the Democratic Party. She also represented Arizona's 1st congressional district from 2009 to 2011 and again from 2013 to 2017.
