Some courses specify a closing date, which you can find on the online course page. We recommend that you apply as early as possible and at least six weeks before the start of term. We try to give equal consideration to all applications received before the end of May (for autumn start courses).

Term date exceptions. Students on full-time taught master's degrees (including MRes) and some Postgraduate Diplomas are required to study for a full calendar year. These students are expected to study beyond the end of the summer term to complete their dissertation in time for submission at the end of September.
