The Curtis Institute of Music is a private conservatory in Philadelphia. It offers a performance diploma, a Bachelor of Music, Master of Music in opera, and a Professional Studies Certificate in opera. All students attend on a full scholarship.

Curtis offers studies toward a Diploma, Bachelor of Music, Master of Music, Post-Baccalaureate Diploma, and Professional Studies Certificate. Additional information about these programs can be found here. Upon acceptance to Curtis, all undergraduate students are automatically placed into the non-degree, undergraduate Diploma program.

The Bachelor of Music degree is given upon completion of a minimum of 133 semester hours (s.h.), as outlined below. Students must fulfill a minimum three-year residency, pass all required courses, and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0 in musical studies and liberal arts courses.
