Mai 2024 · "Brave" ist das zweite Konzeptalbum von Marillion, einer Band, deren erstes ("Misplaced Childhood") von 1984 mich nie überzeugen konnte, was aber auch nicht schlimm ist, denn die Band um Hogarth wurde schließlich erst 1989 gegründet (:-)); demnach ist "Brave" ja irgendwie deren erstes Konzeptalbum.
26. Mai 2024 · Kein Wunder, dass ich neugierig wurde, als ein neues Marillion-Album angekündigt war, komplett mit drei Ü-10-Minütern. Nun ja. "Gaza" kommt als veritabler Prog-Longtrack daher, mit modernen, computerisierten Sounds und der vollen klanglichen Wucht der Band.
