16. Mai 2024 · On Eurosport 1 and 2 the message displayed is "You need to set up Eurosport 1/2 or add it to your package". Discovery app working fine and can watch all TNT, Eurosport and other Discovery channels via the app. Box software and apps all up to date. Just don't understand why the Eurosport channels not working on bt TV pro box.

18. Mai 2024 · Re: Eurosport 1 and 2. No contact from BT about removal of Eurosport they just did it. Have spent 3 hours on the phone to them this week about it. They just say I should never had access to it (even though I have for years) and they refuse to acknowledge it was included in the package I took out. Not very happy with BT 😡.

29. Sept. 2024 · There would be a check when you start to access the recording that the channel is one that you are subscribed to. So any broadband or network glitch at that time or anything that would cause the channel to appear not to be setup for your box would cause an issue. Of course the isue could be in the network or at the (youview/BT) server end at ...
1. Feb. 2024 · I am able to record Eurosport but when I attempt to play the recording back I get the following message – Recording unavailable. Check the connection between your box and router, then restart the router. IPC6041. I am hard wired from my BT Pro box to my router via a TP Link ethernet splitter. I reset my Router and it made no difference.

Feb. 2022 · Re: Cannot record Eurosport. yes if you can watch a linear channel from the EPG you should be able to record it, possibly an EPG data mismatch so I would suggest restarting your BT Tv box ( ie soft reset holding the front BT button on the box for about 8 seconds so it restarts) .
