From June 2022 to February 2024, I took 30mg Adderall XR in the morning and 5mg Adderall IR in the afternoon. It was the first time I could focus and stay on task. Recently, the benefits diminished (more inattention, zoning out, lower productivity), so I asked my doctor about increasing the XR dosage to 40mg. Instead, they suggested 10mg IR twice a day and a follow-up in a month.

By itself kratom makes you feel very euphoric but then when you combine it with riding the edge it’s like heaven. Kratom has also had the opposite effect on horniness if I don’t take a sedative level dose. It’s a very interesting substance as a low dose gives more of a stimulant high but a higher dose is more like a sedative and is relaxing.
