In your first set of sentences, you are going to Cornwall for the weekend, so the future tense ("will") is appropriate. In the second set, going to Cornwall is only a suggestion, so "would" is the correct tense.

Aug. 2008 · If you are mentioning about something which happend in the past, "That's OK" is preferable. 2: If you are mentioning something which has just happened or might happen in the future, "It's OK" is preffereble. 3: It does not really matter and both are basically interchangeable in most cases.

However, in this case I would say 'okay by me' and 'okay with me' both mean I agree with that, but 'okay for me' means the proposed time suits me. The decision is okay by/with me; the time slot is okay for me. K.
28. Jan. 2010 · Thank you bibliolept - I've checked the thread, but still couldn't find the answer to my question. I know that okay is an option for OK, but my question is whether ok (in small letters) is considered as correct spelling, too, or whether it needs to be in capital letters.

It's OK for me = Está bien para mí. Si es para mí, está bien. It's OK on me = Está bien en mí. Se ve bien puesto en mí.

27. Juni 2008 · I don't think "fine" sounds bad at all. To say, "I hope that's fine with you." sounds just fine to me. I guess it might be a BE/AE difference. Fine is fine, but you need to use "that's fine" for it to sound fine, rather than "it is fine," which sounds a bit off. I don't have a reason for "with" instead of "for", but the phrase simply is, "okay ...

For instance, there are some checkpoints, and you're required to check either "OK" or "NOK". I saw this in an English document written by non-native speaker.
