Silk Degrees is the seventh solo album by Boz Scaggs, released on Columbia Records in February 1976. The album peaked at No. 2 and spent 115 weeks on the Billboard 200. It has been certified five times platinum by the RIAA and remains Scaggs's best selling album. Silk Degrees spawned four singles.

Then the whole world moved to his beats on the hugely popular Silk Degrees album by Boz Scaggs, who was backed on tour by the core of what became Toto. Jeff was soon drumming in studios around the clock with a who’s who list of contemporary talent. The recording world became his oyster.
