The Hans Price Academy, formerly known as Wyvern Community School, is a coeducational secondary school located on the Bournville estate in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England. The school (which previously had specialist Sports College status) had 743 students between the ages of 11 and 16 years as of 2013.
The Academy’s admission arrangements for Year 7 new intake are in conjunction with the North Somerset Co-ordinated Admission Scheme for new intake secondary admissions for 2024-25. New Intake applications can be made online or on paper and should be submitted to your home council.
Term Dates 2023-2024. Below are the dates your child should attend school during the academic year 2023/24. Research shows that children and young people who attend school at least 95% of the time are more likely to achieve at least good results.
