Nunavut Arctic College (Inuktitut: ᓄᓇᕗᒻᒥᓯᓚᑦᑐᖅᓴᕐᕕᒃ, French: Collège de l’Arctique du Nunavut, Inuinnaqtun: Nunavunmi Inirnirit Iliharviat) is a public community college in the territory of Nunavut, Canada.
Nunavut Arctic College has a strong commitment to provide high quality educational opportunities to all residents of Nunavut. The College has five campuses: Kitikmeot Campus located in Cambridge Bay; Kivalliq Campus, Sanatuliqsarvik (Nunavut Trades Training Centre), and Kivalliq Hall are located Rankin Inlet; Nunatta Campus located in Iqaluit;
11. Dez. 2022 · Learn how the environmental technology program at Nunavut Arctic College in Iqaluit combines science and Inuit knowledge to train students to tackle climate change in the Arctic. 5. Juli 2021 · The college partners with Memorial University to deliver the bachelor of social work program in Cambridge Bay, starting this fall. The program aims to improve social work services for Nunavut communities affected by residential schools and intergenerational trauma.
Nunavut Arctic College is a public agency of the Government of Nunavut that provides adult and post-secondary education, including trades and apprenticeship, and bachelor degree programs. It also conducts research and promotes Inuit knowledge and culture through the Nunavut Innovation and Research Institute.
