Sound Sun Pleasure!! is an album by the American Jazz musician Sun Ra and his Astro Infinity Arkestra. Recorded March 6, 1959, it remained unreleased until 1970 when it was issued on the Saturn label.
18. Juli 2017 · By the mid-Fifties Stuff was virtually a forgotten man. (Though it should be pointed out that in 1953 or '54 he appeared on the earliest Sun Ra recording thus far unearthed, "Deep Purple", available on the Evidence CD Sound Sun Pleasure.

On Diz's version of "Caravan" Stuff plays a terse counterpoint to the melody as well as an exciting solo In 1953 Stuff also contributed to the title track of Sun Ra 's first recording "Sound Sun Pleasure!!"
