Ex-Steely Dan member Jeff Skunk Baxter adds the perfect touch of slide guitar throughout. Howard Kaylan’s vocals sound like a polished Mick Jagger as he prances confidently on top of the driving backbeat. This is a very commercial-sounding tune that ended up as the B-side to the single “Keep It Warm.”

Moving to Boston to attend college, Baxter worked as a guitar technician and amplifier repairman at Jack's Drum Shop on Boylston Street. Baxter first reached a wide rock audience in 1968 as a member of the psychedelic rock band Ultimate Spinach. Baxter joined the band for Ultimate Spinach III, their third and final album.
Jeff „Skunk“ Baxter (* 13. Dezember 1948 in Washington, D.C.; eigentlich Jeffrey Baxter) ist ein Rock gitarrist und Dobro spieler, bekannt geworden durch seine Arbeit mit Steely Dan und den Doobie Brothers .
