The Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle (or SPV) is a fictional pursuit and attack vehicle from Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's science-fiction television series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons (1967).
The Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle, also known as the SPV, is a high-speed pursuit and combat vehicle used by Spectrum personnel. Its driver sits facing the rear, operating the vehicle by a sophisticated computer-controlled monitor screen linked to sensors and cameras.
Dinky 104 is the Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle (SPV) was produced from 1968 to 1976 and was one of three vehicles licensed from Gerry Anderson’s Captain Scarlet and The Mysterons TV series. The other vehicles Dinky produced were the 103 Spectrum Patrol Car (SPC) and the 105 Maximum Security Vehicle (MSV).
SPECTRUM VEHICLES. These fast, rocket-armed, heavily armoured and amphibious SPVs constitute the major part of Spectrum's land-based combat section, designed to cope in any emergency. Based on the Word Army Air-Force "Zeus" combat tank from 2064, the SPVs are armed with a single ground-to-air rocket launcher.
