Stratosphere is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter and drummer Matt Sorum. Credited to "Matt Sorum's Fierce Joy", it was released in 2014 and contains tracks in a variety of styles.
Sorum veröffentlichte im Oktober 2003 sein erstes Soloalbum. Im März 2014 erschien sein Soloalbum Stratosphere unter dem Bandnamen Matt Sorum’s Fierce Joy, auf dem er Gesang, Gitarre und Klavier übernahm. Im Oktober 2013 heiratete Matt Sorum seine langjährige Freundin Adriane „Ace“ Harper.

Sorum was also a member of Guns N' Roses side projects, Slash's Snakepit and Neurotic Outsiders, and has released two solo albums, Hollywood Zen (2004) and Stratosphere (2014). He was the touring drummer for the supergroup Hollywood Vampires from 2015 to 2017.
