Lead guitarist Erik Torjesen, who performed with the band from 1996 to 2000, died of cancer at age 34 in 2001. Lead guitarist Mark Abrahamian died from a heart attack, at age 46, following a concert on September 2, 2012. Abrahamian was replaced as guitarist by John Roth.
Tamelier was replaced by Erik Torjesen in 1996, who performed with the group until 2000 when he was diagnosed with cancer (he died the following March). John Garnache replaced Bloomfield on bass in 1997.
