Percussionist Ray Cooper makes a lasting impression on fans every time he picks up an instrument on stage or in the studio. Ray studied classical piano as a youth, then strings and woodwinds, and later, percussion. He also trained in the theatre arts before beginning a career as a session musician in the 1960s.

Biographie Ray Cooper. 2000 ging ich nach Schweden, in ein kleines rotes Haus nahe dem Wald und wilden Tieren. Es waren die Liebe zum Winter, die Volksmusik Schwedens und nicht zuletzt die Liebe zu einer Frau, die mich dorthin zogen. Es ist eine Melancholie in dieser Musik, ich nenne es den “ Blues des Nordens “. Ich nenne es Zuhause.
