Leben. Aufgewachsen im Orange County ( Kalifornien ), begann Warnes’ Karriere bereits in ihrer Kindheit. 1967 trat sie in einer Fernsehserie erstmals als Pop -Sängerin auf. Bald danach spielte sie in Los Angeles eine Hauptrolle in dem Musical Hair. Bert Sommer schrieb für sie sein Lied Jennifer, nachdem er sie bei Hair kennengelernt hatte.
Rudy Bruggeman. In the nineties he operated Music Cellar studios in Colorado where Chuck Pyle’s “Keepin’ Time By The River” was recorded. Jerry Jeff Walker, Jennifer Warnes and several of Jackson Brown’s band joined the project. Rudy has since recorded his own songs and has two CD’s available, “Places” and “Undiscovered”.
Jennifer Warnes’s interpretation of “It Goes Like It Goes” exudes a sense of grace and acceptance.
