Haberdashers' Boys' School is a 4–18 boys public school in Elstree, Hertfordshire, England. It is a member of the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference as well as the Rugby Group.
Haberdashers' Boys' School is a large independent day school for boys aged 4 to 18. We trace our roots back to the 17th century. The school started life in Hoxton, then in the late 19th century moved to West Hampstead, where it remained until 1961.
A Habs education prepares young people for fulfilment in a world that demands flexibility, creativity, resilience and critical thought. Students from Habs step into that world with confidence, ready to shape the future and open to a lifetime of new experiences. Our horizons are wide.
Admissions at Habs. For those applying to join Haberdashers' in September 2025, we must receive your completed online registration form and accompanying fee, no later than the registration closing date detailed below.
