Malice teamed up with producer Max Norman for their sophomore album, License to Kill, released in 1987. Dave Mustaine and Dave Ellefson of Megadeth and Black 'n Blue 's Jaime St. James, Tommy Thayer and Jeff Warner provided backing vocals on two songs, "License to Kill" and "Chain Gang Woman."

In March, Megadeth's first world tour began in the U.K. Mustaine and Ellefson guested on the band Malice's License to Kill album. Megadeth re-recorded " These Boots " for the soundtrack to the film " Dudes ", and that summer went on tour with Overkill and Necros .
No one else than Megadeth singer Dave Mustaine, Megadeth guitar player Dave Ellefson and Black’N’Blue / Warrant singer Jaime St. James sing in the background of „License To Kill“ and „Chain Gang Woman“. „Christine“ is a dedication for the Stephen King movie.
