Stephen „Stevie“ Ray Vaughan (* 3. Oktober 1954 in Dallas, Texas; † 27. August 1990 in East Troy, Wisconsin), auch bekannt unter dem Kürzel SRV, war ein US-amerikanischer Blues- und Bluesrock-Gitarrist bzw. -Musiker, der in einer Reihe mit einflussreichen Gitarristen wie Jimi Hendrix oder Eric Clapton genannt wird.
Changesbowie is a compilation album by English rock musician David Bowie, released by Rykodisc in the US and by EMI in the UK in 1990. The compilation was part of Rykodisc's remastered Bowie reissue series, replacing the deleted RCA Records compilations Changesonebowie and Changestwobowie .

Blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan (pictured in 1983) plays lead guitar on the record. At the 1982 Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, Bowie saw Stevie Ray Vaughan play guitar. At the time, Vaughan was an unknown 28-year-old blues guitarist from Texas; his debut album with his band Double Trouble was still unreleased.
Changestwobowie was not reissued when Rykodisc obtained the rights to re-release the Bowie catalog in 1990; Rykodisc assembled a new compilation, Changesbowie, an expanded version of RCA's Changesonebowie, instead. Changestwobowie was reissued in its original form by Rhino, on vinyl, CD, and digital/streaming formats, on 13 April 2018.
