Pauli Antero Rantasalmi (bis 2022) The Rasmus ist eine finnische Alternative-Rock -Band. Im deutschsprachigen Raum wurde die Band erst 2003 mit dem Titel In the Shadows einem breiteren Publikum bekannt, obwohl sie schon seit 1994 besteht und in Finnland seit längerem erfolgreich ist.
Pauli Esko Antero Rantasalmi (s. 1. toukokuuta 1979 Helsinki) lähde? on suomalainen kitaristi ja musiikkituottaja. Rantasalmi tunnetaan parhaiten The Rasmus -yhtyeen kitaristina vuosilta 1994–2022, mutta hän on myös tuottanut monia artisteja. selvennä Hänen tuottamiaan yhtyeitä ovat muun muassa Killer ja Kwan.
Pauli Rantasalmi left the band and was replaced by guitarist Emilia "Emppu" Suhonen in 2022. Best known for their 2003 hit single "In the Shadows", the band has sold over 5 million albums worldwide and 350,000 albums in Finland alone, and has won numerous awards, both domestic and international.
Pauli Rantasalmi is one of the co-founders and former guitarist of The Rasmus from 1994 to 2022. He was one of the main songwriters for the band along with Lauri Ylönen .
