In den 1960er Jahren wurde er in Schweden als Sänger seiner Beatband Slam Creepers` bekannt. Nach deren Trennung gründete er Blue Swede. Deren erfolgreichste Single, Hooked on a Feeling (im Original von B. J. Thomas ), war Nummer 1 in den US-Charts von 1974.

I’m humbled and extremely grateful to be working with one of Sweden’s finest artists, and to co-write the entire album with the great Sharon Vaughn has been such a bliss for me! Produced by yours truly. The album, also named “It’s Christmas”, is out Nov 26.
