Raymonde's debut solo album, Blame Someone Else, was released on 6 October 1997, and featured Elizabeth Fraser of Cocteau Twins. In 2007, he made an appearance in the documentary film Scott Walker: 30 Century Man. In 2009, Raymonde formed the group Snowbird with Stephanie Dosen.
17. Okt. 2021 · Blame Someone Else Review by Tim DiGravina Simon Raymonde 's first solo album after the demise of the Cocteau Twins is a lush, fragile affair. Raymonde 's voice comes across like a mix of Elliott Smith and Lilys ' Kurt Heasley , and these 12 singer/songwriter-oriented songs are a perfect match for his delivery.
Simon Raymonde recorded his debut solo album Blame Someone Else whilst still in Cocteau Twins. Fellow Twins Elizabeth Fraser and Robin Guthrie both appeared on the album. But Cocteau Twins were no more by the time the album was released.
