Oles Honchar Dnipro National University (DNU) was founded in 1918. This classical university combined traditional humanitarian education with fundamental natural sciences. The feature of DNU is the powerful engineering direction in the rocket science. Today about 10000 students are learned at DNU.
Oles Honchar Dnipro National University was founded in 1918 as Ekaterynoslavasky University. In 1933 it became Dnipropetrovsk State University and in 2000 the university was granted national status. In 2018 the university was renamed Oles Honchar Dnipro National University.
