Die US-amerikanische Country-Rock-Band Flying Burrito Brothers wurde 1968 in Los Angeles von Gram Parsons und Chris Hillman gegründet. Den Namen hatte Parsons einer Formation um Ian Dunlop und Mickey Gauvin entliehen, die 1967–68 Konzerte im Umland von Los Angeles gegeben hatte.
„Burrito Deluxe“ ist das zweite und letzte Album der Flying Burrito Brothers, das noch unter der Leitung des ehemaligen Byrds-Mitglieds Gram Parsons entstand. Die Flying Burrito Bros. gelten als die Erfinder des Country-Rock und sind eine der einflussreichsten Bands der populären Musik.
