Carl Henry Lindner III (born August 14, 1953) is an American businessman from Cincinnati, Ohio. He has served as the co- chief executive officer of American Financial Group since January 2005. He has also acted as chief executive officer and majority owner of FC Cincinnati since the club's founding in 2015.

Carl Henry Lindner Jr. (April 22, 1919 – October 17, 2011) was an American businessman from Norwood, Ohio, a member of the Lindner family, and one of the world's richest people. According to the 2010 issue of Forbes Billionaires List, Lindner was worth an estimated $1.7 billion.
Carl H. Lindner III is one of the two Co-Chief Executive Officers of AFG, a diversified insurance company. He has been involved in the property and casualty business since 1975 and oversees the investment portfolios of AFG and its affiliates.
