18. Okt. 2006 · We just learned that Kerry Magness died April 22, 2004. He played bass for several notable bands including The Kingsmen and The Doors. We know nothing about the circumstances of his death as yet, but will pass the news along as we learn more.

30. Jan. 2024 · Seattle’s first “alternative” band from the 60s, The Daily Flash were caught in the psychedelic explosion of the West Coast with their electrifying blend of folk-rock, pop, blues and jazz.
Their respective replacements were J.C. Rieck on keyboards with Kerry Magness and then Pete Borg on bass. Also new to the team were producers Paul Tannen and Mark Wildey. The track list features a combination of reliable pop and R&B standards mixed with songs written by group members.
A Collection is a six compact disc box set by the Doors, released by Elektra and Rhino Records on July 5, 2011. [2] This collection packages the complete anthology of the Doors albums before Jim Morrison's death in 1971.
