Richard Stephen Sinclair (born 6 June 1948) is an English progressive rock bassist, guitarist, and vocalist who has been a member of several bands of the Canterbury scene.
Richard Sinclair ist ein britischer Progressive-Rock- und Fusion-Musiker. Er war in verschiedenen Bands der eng verflochtenen Canterbury Scene aktiv, darunter Wilde Flowers, Caravan, Delivery, Hatfield and the North, Camel und Phil Millers „In Cahoots“.
Vier der verbliebenen Wilde Flowers bildeten Anfang 1968 Caravan, nämlich der Gitarrist Pye Hastings, Bassist Richard Sinclair, dessen Cousin Dave Sinclair an den Keyboards sowie Richard Coughlan am Schlagzeug.
