Vance DeBar Colvig Sr. (September 11, 1892 – October 3, 1967), known professionally as Pinto Colvig, was an American voice actor, cartoonist, and circus and vaudeville performer whose schtick was playing the clarinet off-key while mugging.

Vance DeBar „Pinto“ Colvig (* 11. September 1892; † 3. Oktober 1967) war ein US-amerikanischer Synchronsprecher und Schauspieler, Autor, Animator und Zeichner. Bekannt wurde er durch seine Synchrontätigkeiten im Film The Wise Little Hen, als Peter Pig. Zudem lieh er Goofy, Pluto, Gabby und Bluto die Stimme.
A lifelong smoker, Colvig was one of the pioneers in advocating warning labels about cancer risk on cigarette packages. He died of lung cancer in 1967 and was interred at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City.
Vance DeBar “Pinto” Colvig was a virtual human library of sound effects. In an array of Disney animated films and shorts, Pinto provided spitting for grasshoppers, belching for bugs, and grunting for hogs, among other quirky sound effects.
