Shecky Greene (born Fred Sheldon Greenfield; April 8, 1926 – December 31, 2023) was an American comedian and actor. He was known for his nightclub performances in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he became a headliner in the 1950s and 1960s.
Shecky Greene (1926-2023) was a versatile performer who appeared in movies, TV shows, and stage plays. He was known for his roles in History of the World: Part I, Splash, and The Fall Guy, and was inducted into the National Comedy Hall of Fame in 2020.
